Font Discovery and Matching
I help brands, institutions, and designers find the right fonts and the right people to work with them. Drawing on my background in type design and years working closely with foundries, I support projects where good fit matters more than novelty, and where long-term use, licensing, and collaboration are considered from the start.
Marketing Strategy and Product Development
I work with foundries and creative businesses on the practical side of bringing type to market. This includes market positioning, customer identification, pricing, and product direction, as well as thinking through how fonts and tools can grow sustainably over time without losing clarity or intent.
Advocacy and Industry Leadership
I support designers and creative communities, particularly in the Global South, through advocacy and advisory work focused on access, equity, and long-term viability. This work is about creating conditions where more people can participate meaningfully in the type industry, not just increasing visibility.
Writing
I write about type, design, and industry culture, and I also support foundries and creative teams with writing connected to their work. This can include positioning statements, product descriptions, essays, launch narratives, or internal documents that clarify direction and intent.
Speaking Engagements
I'm available for conferences, workshops, and small-group sessions on typography, design business, creative entrepreneurship, and industry culture. My talks draw on experience across design, technology, and business, and focus on how creative work operates within larger systems of power, markets, and access.
